Let me just say that I am new to blogging; however me and the man himself go way, way back. It all started when I first learned how to snowboard in the seventh grade (damn did I think I was a bad-ass). After breaking my wrist after a semi-wimpish fall, I decided I needed some extra motovation- this is where I turned to Shaun freaken White. Now as a little girl, I certainly did not think there was anything special about this red-haired boy after watching one of my very first x-games. In fact, I thought he was just a little crazy. However, as I grew into the wise person I now am, I have grown to appreciate every little detail of this red-haired legend. Shaun White is quite simply the freshest of the fresh, he owns the field of boarding, and he is not afraid to leave his mark on the world- his creation of the video game “Shaun White Snowboarding” is certainly proof of this. In fact, this game will enable players to almost experience the edge, creativity, and freedom of real-life snowboarding. Now that’s an impressive game. And it is often rare that extreme-sport video games have a complete story line. Obviously Mr. White is as innovative off the snow as he is on. Quite simply, Shaun is one of the most inspirational people alive in the world today and the master of his field. Shaun White is the man, and don’t worry when not riding, I will be riding through the game.
